A year ago, the fourth Maine Farm and Sea to School Institute Cohort gathered at The Ecology School to build shared action plans for Farm & Sea to School (FSTS) programming in their school communities. Over the course of three days at The Ecology School, school teams of educators, school nutrition staff, administrators, and community partners from Great Salt Bay Community School of Damariscotta, Portland Public Schools, and Montello Elementary of Lewiston came together for hands-on learning, work shops, and dedicated team time to build relationships, explore shared values, and develop action plans for the year ahead.

Congratulations to Great Salt Bay, Montello Elementary, and Portland Public School district for their leadership, dedication, and continued commitment to Farm and Sea to School.

We look forward to seeing what comes next!
